The Hotel Cardoso is located on the hill of Maputo City with a magnificent outlook over the Maputo bay. It occupies a rectangular site of approximately 13,000-sqm area. Access is via Avenida Dos Da Mueda. The hotel is 5 minutes by car to the business centre of Maputo and just 15 minutes from Mavalane Airport.
The existing Hotel is a 6 storey 130 Bedroom 4* hotel built in a ‘modern’ style. It has a very welcoming and friendly ambience and caters for tourist-, leisure-, conference- and business customers.
It is proposed to modernise the existing hotel and add 5* accomodation consisting of a large conference centre, underground parking and serviced facilities, serviced apartments, additional bedrooms, a Business Centre, a Casino and a link to the adjacent Jardim dos Professores, which is also being upgraded with facilities for the local community and tourists.
