The Tokyngton Community Association has a 99 year lease from Brent Council for the buildings it currently occupies on Sherrins Farm Open Space, located to the south west of Wembly Stadium.

The Existing facilities are outdated and sub-standard. The Community Association is therefore proposing to replace these with modern facilities tailored to the current needs of the community, and to add a running track and a football pitch.

London ProHelp, a professional pro bono group, is providing a range of legal and business support for the Tokyngton Community Association to facilitate its development.

Hans Haenlein Architects were appointed in March 2005 to help the management team to develop the brief and to design the new centre and associated facilities.
