This new building, which consists of a Multipurpose Hall, Classrooms, Toilets and Kitchen/Servery, fulfills two functions: as additional school accommodation for the adjacent Primary School and as a Community Centre.
We established a method of working direct with Trade and Specialist Contractors without a Quantity Surveyor, Building Services Consultant or Contractor. This proved more economical, was quicker and provided higher standards than the traditional procurement method.
